There has never been a greater need for personal coaching than today.

Stress is the number one reason for workplace absence in the North East as many people struggle to cope with pressures not only in their professional lives, but also job insecurity, financial worries, relationship breakdown, health issues or depression. No wonder so many people feel under pressure and stressed out.
